Close Phoenix before starting installation of the Data Package.

rfconf_RM10.xml file added, and rm_10.ini updated (user area erase correction)

Installation package for RM-10_v_2.2_EMEA includes:

- Variant Images

 - 0537093 E70 Finland Country Variant
 - 0531051 E70 Vodafone UK
 - 0538292 E70 UK Country Variant

- <product code>.ini files that define 
	- names of flash files
	- default settings for this product
- Product Profile (pp) files for variants
- rfconf_RM10.xml
- rm_10.ini
- readme_emea_minor_v1.2.txt (this file)
